200 g Fresh bamboo shoots
1 small carrot
1 palm-sized piece of seaweed (or shredded seaweed)
100g tomatoes
Fresh chili, dill, vegetarian fish sauce, seasoning seeds
1 crocodile or sorrel

How to prepare spicy and sour seaweed soup:

Shredded seaweed. Tomatoes add areca zone.
Thinly sliced fresh bamboo shoots, boiled in 1-2 water. Take out, rinse with clean water, drain, then stir-fry for about 5-10 minutes with seasoning seeds.
Cut carrots into small saucepan and cook for 30-45 minutes. Then take out the carrots. Take water as broth. Add 1/2 tomato and crocodile to cook, when the crocodile is soft, crush it to create acidity.
Add the fried bamboo shoots, season with seasoning seeds + a little vegetarian fish sauce. Cook for 10 minutes more. Add the chopped seaweed, chili and dill and turn off the heat.
